Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns and refunds for physical products will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.

Courses, manuals and digital products

Courses, manuals, PDFs, downloadable files and other digital content are NOT eligible for returns or refunds once access has been provided, downloading has begun or supply of the content has started, except where applicable law mandatorily provides otherwise.

These products contain educational material and valuable content that can be consulted, learned from or used immediately after access is obtained. Because of their digital nature, once the content has been delivered or access has begun, it cannot be returned in a condition equivalent to a physical product.

When purchasing a course or digital product, the customer requests access to the content after purchase. Where required by applicable law, the customer expressly agrees that supply of the digital content may begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledges that, once supply has begun, the right of withdrawal may be lost.

Therefore, before completing the purchase of a course or digital product, the customer must check that the correct product and, where applicable, the desired language have been selected.

This limitation does not affect any mandatory consumer rights provided by law, including cases involving defective content, failure to provide access or breach of contract.
